After Your Purchase:

In order to obtain a signature, we will accept RMA requests through FAX only. Please check our Policies. 
If you received a defective product, download and complete the RMA Request Form. 
Fax the completed form to 510-933-1204. 
Please allow 48 hours to respond. 
All returns for credit require two to three weeks to process.
